We’ll be taking a deep dive into intellectual property rights of employees vis-à-vis employers, regarding their inventions; disclosure procedures, collaborations; how inventions are “packaged” for commercialization; the role of technology transfer organizations in technology commercialization; methods for collaborating with industry: license agreements, service units, sponsored research and consultancy.
